Shipping policy

At Paw Parcel, every order is thoughtfully prepared and personalized just for your dog. Because each parcel includes custom elements, please allow additional time for production before your order ships. Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days before shipment. During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

• Standard Shipping — Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. At this time, Paw Parcel only ships within the United States.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Paw Parcel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to replace or refund the order. Additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel is returned to us and needs to be reshipped.
